The problem: everyone uses AI, nobody has explained how
It’s the most common situation in the Barcelona businesses we talk to: half the team uses ChatGPT every day, the other half doesn’t dare, and nobody has said which data can be uploaded. Meanwhile, the EU AI Act already applies: since February 2025, Article 4 has required the people who use AI in your business to have sufficient training, and since 2 August 2026 Article 50 has required you to tell clients when they are talking to an AI or receiving content generated by one. And if you handle client or patient data or information under professional secrecy, a simple copy and paste can end up as a GDPR breach.
Training isn’t a box-ticking exercise: it is the cheapest way to reduce risk and to make AI genuinely save hours.
How we do it, step by step
A 30-minute prep meeting to learn about your sector, your tools and your questions.
We tailor the exercises to your real documents and tasks, anonymised if necessary.
A 4-hour hands-on session, in person in Barcelona or remotely: a short explanation, exercises, a demo and questions.
Materials handover: the quick-start guide, the internal policy template and the record to evidence the training.
Follow-up: a week later we answer in writing any questions that have come up while using AI day to day.
What the team learns, in plain words
How a language model works and why it sometimes makes things up.
How to ask it properly: context, examples and reviewing the output.
Which data never to upload to a cloud service, and what the alternatives are.
What local AI is: a private ChatGPT running on a company server, with tools such as Open WebUI, Ollama or vLLM, and why it changes the rules of the game for sensitive data.
What the EU AI Act requires of a business that uses AI, without scaremongering.
In the technical version: how to work with coding agents such as OpenCode, how a RAG with Qdrant works and how to connect tools to a LiteLLM gateway.
If you then want it running in-house, the natural next step is local AI for business.
When we DON’T recommend it
If you are looking for a long course with an official qualification, we are not the right choice: we run hands-on half-day workshops. If you only want a general introduction to ChatGPT for one or two people, there are free public workshops in Barcelona that will serve you well. And if your team isn’t going to use AI in its work, a short data awareness talk will be enough.
We teach what we use
We are not an academy. We teach what we do every day in our lab: two clustered NVIDIA DGX Spark units and a server with an RTX GPU serving local models to several people and dozens of agents, with around 11.15 billion tokens served in 2026 at no per-token cost. In the workshop you will see it running live, and you can ask it anything you like.
Agents that work with your standards and your files, inside the studio and respecting every NDA.

Frequently asked questions
What do we need to prepare before the workshop?
Very little: a 30-minute prep meeting to tell us about your sector, your tools and your questions, plus a few real tasks or documents for the exercises, anonymised if necessary. If you want to claim it through Fundae, it has to be arranged in advance.
Is AI training mandatory?
Yes, for businesses that use AI systems in their work: since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required staff to have a sufficient level of AI literacy. It doesn’t set a number of hours, but it is wise to be able to show what training has been given.
Where does the training take place?
At your office in Barcelona or the surrounding area, or remotely by video call. The local AI demo runs live against our lab, so it works the same way in both formats.
How many people can join a group?
We recommend up to 15 people so there is time to practise. For larger teams we run several sessions, or a shared introductory talk followed by a hands-on session for each department.
Is it for technical or non-technical staff?
There are two versions: one for anyone in the business, focused on safe and productive use, and a technical one for developers and IT managers, covering coding agents, RAG and local models.
