What data we process

• If you email us, we process your name, your email address and whatever you tell us, solely in order to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
• When you visit the website, the server logs technical data (IP address, date, page, response code and, if present, the browser and referring page) for security and our own statistics. Those logs are split and compressed as they grow; they are not deleted automatically.
• Our own analytics: on the same server we count page views, approximate country, device type, browser and the site you came from. We do not use cookies. We do not send this to Google or to any other company.

We do not use tracking cookies, social media pixels or third-party analytics.

Legal basis

• Your consent, when you write to us.
• Taking steps prior to entering into a contract, or performing the contract, when we prepare or carry out a project.
• Our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and in knowing which pages are used, without identifying anyone.

How long we keep it

Emails, for as long as the relationship lasts and for any applicable statutory periods. Server technical logs are kept indefinitely (rotated and compressed); you can ask us to delete them. Visit analytics, for as long as they help us improve the site; we can delete them if you ask.

Who we share it with

No one, unless required by law. The website hosting provider and the email provider act as data processors under the corresponding contract.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hola@file.cat. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.cat).
